  • 1 fresh baguette (12 oz)
  • 8 oz high-quality burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces.
  2. Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet, brush both sides lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
