  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and yogurt (optional) for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and mix until well combined.
  5. Add marinated chicken to the sauce and cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
