  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to create garlic butter.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef with onions and bell pepper until browned (5-7 minutes).
