- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups elbow macaroni or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, steamed broccoli, chopped chicken, heavy cream, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
