  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets into rectangles about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Brush half of the garlic butter on each sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese and parsley.
  5. Roll each sheet tightly from one end, then slice into six equal pieces.
  6. Place each piece upright in the muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
