  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In the prepared baking dish, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  6. Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top if desired and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
