- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
