  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the baking dish.
