  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let cool before slicing.
  2. Slice croissants in half horizontally.
  3. On the bottom half of each croissant, layer chopped romaine lettuce.
  4. Add sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce and drizzle generously with Caesar dressing.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the dressed chicken.
  6. Cap with the top half of the croissant and gently press together. Serve immediately.
