- 1 (5-7 lbs) prime rib roast
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Season the roast generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
