  • Zest of 1 lemon or orange
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and citrus zest.
  5. Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Gently fold in chopped pistachios.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
