- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Slice ribeye steak against the grain into thin strips. Slice onions and bell peppers.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
