- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook chopped chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and diced onion; sauté until onions are soft. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream with salt, pepper, and half the shredded cheese. Pour over chicken mixture.
- Transfer contents to the prepared baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
