  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
