- 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 3 Bay Leaves

Instructions
- Rinse the pork leg under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Marinate in a bowl with soy sauce, crushed garlic, black peppercorns, and bay leaves for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Boil the marinated pork leg in a large pot covered with water for about 1.5 hours until tender.
- Let it cool in its broth to retain moisture.
- Thoroughly dry the pork leg with paper towels.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the pork leg until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
