Ingredients

  • 12 soft slider rolls
  • 1 pound cooked pork shoulder, shredded
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the slider rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Spread yellow mustard on the bottom halves. Layer with shredded pork, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles.
  4. Replace the top halves of the rolls and brush melted butter generously over them.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm.
