  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips about one inch thick for even cooking.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange coated strips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
