Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add diced onions and minced garlic; cook until softened.
