  • 8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
