Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a rectangular baking dish.

- While cooling, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, regular milk, and heavy cream.
