- 1 cup long-grain rice (jasmine or basmati)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
