Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 fresh pineapple slices
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with half of the teriyaki sauce. Form the mixture into four patties, creating a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Brush with additional teriyaki sauce while cooking.
  4. Grill the pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, topping with grilled pineapple, green onions, and sesame seeds.
