- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them as directed.
