- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Turn off the oven and leave the door cracked open; let cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
- Remove from the springform pan, decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired, slice, and serve.
