  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together gochujang paste, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
