Instructions

  2. Steep the Earl Grey tea leaves in boiling water for about 10 minutes; let cool.

  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
