- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice (divided)
- 1/2 tsp salt (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the chips.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- While baking, prepare pico de gallo by mixing tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and half of the salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash avocados with remaining lime juice and salt until desired creaminess is achieved for guacamole.
