- 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and green onions.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and water until smooth. Stir in cabbage, green onions, eggs, and season with salt. Add bacon or pork belly if desired.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, spreading it into a circle about one inch thick. Cook for about four minutes until golden brown on one side.
- Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another three to four minutes until crispy on the other side.
- Serve hot, drizzled with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
