  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Gel food coloring (red and blue)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust. Color half of the remaining whipped topping blue and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Color the last portion of whipped topping red and layer it on top of the blue layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
