Description

Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful breakfast indulgence, merging the warm flavors of peach cobbler with soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls. Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Heat milk until warm; stir in melted butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
  2. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about an hour or until doubled.
  3. Roll out dough into a rectangle about half an inch thick. Spread melted butter over it; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Top with chopped peaches.
  4. Roll tightly from one end to another; slice into equal pieces about two inches thick and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. Let rolls rise again for 30 minutes while preheating oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with milk.
