  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil fusilli pasta in salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, flake the drained tuna into smaller pieces.
  3. Mix the pesto with the tuna until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pesto-tuna mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Fold in halved cherry tomatoes and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil and remaining Parmesan.
