Description

  • 24 Oreos (for the crust)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Red and blue food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter.
  2. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins or muffin cups to form a crust. Bake for 5-7 minutes until firm and set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls: add red food coloring to one bowl, blue to another, and leave one plain for the white layer.
  5. Spoon each colored filling into cooled crusts, layering red on the bottom, followed by white, then blue on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until set before serving.
