  • 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground sausage for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth. Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch seams together to form rectangles. Spoon the sausage mixture onto each rectangle and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll up tightly from the wide end to form bites, placing seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
