- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
