  • 12 large button mushrooms
  • 1 cup medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the chopped shrimp until pink (3-4 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
