Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, brown sugar, and a splash of water to create the marinade. Pour it over the pork in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for about 6 hours until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
