  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  2. Wash and hull the strawberries; slice them thinly, reserving a few whole for decoration.

  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients without overmixing.
