  • 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 3 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove silver skin from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a blender, combine chopped peaches, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Sear ribs on direct heat for 5-7 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  5. Brush peach sauce generously on both sides of the ribs and move to indirect heat. Close the lid and cook for about an hour.
  6. Brush another layer of sauce during the last ten minutes of cooking for a beautiful glaze.
