- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove silver skin from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a blender, combine chopped peaches, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Sear ribs on direct heat for 5-7 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
