Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half.
  2. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries with sugar, water (or juice), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds before serving.
