  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 limes (juiced)

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear; cook according to package instructions (about 15-20 minutes).
