  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions
