  • 1 cup seedless grapes (about 16-20)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries and grapes thoroughly.
  2. Skewer strawberries and grapes alternately onto wooden sticks (3-4 pieces per skewer).
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice. Heat over medium until boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  4. Boil without stirring until the mixture turns golden amber (about 8-10 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat; quickly dip each skewer into the caramel to coat the fruit.
  6. Place skewers on parchment paper to cool completely before serving.
