  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking sheet (18×13 inches).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and buttermilk until smooth; mix in vegetable oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into prepared sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For frosting, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in cocoa powder. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
