Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
