Description

Mandarin Orange Salad is a refreshing blend of sweet mandarin oranges, crisp greens, and crunchy nuts. This vibrant salad is perfect for summer picnics or as a delightful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
