Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line mini cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the melted butter and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
