Description

Nutter Butter Pie is a creamy, no-bake dessert with a crunchy cookie crust that combines the irresistible flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. Perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  3. If using, gently fold in whipped topping for a lighter filling.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the cookie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice and serve chilled.
