- 24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
- If using, gently fold in whipped topping for a lighter filling.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the cookie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
