- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch mixture, and a pinch of sugar for the sauce.
- Heat a wok or large skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef strips for about 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked; remove from pan.
- Stir-fry bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots in the same pan for around 3 minutes until bright and crisp.
- Return beef to the pan, add sauce, and stir until everything is heated through and coated evenly (about 2 more minutes).
- Serve immediately with extra sesame oil drizzled on top if desired.
