Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemons
  • Culinary Lavender
  • Sugar (or honey)
  • Filtered Water
  • Ice Cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons of culinary lavender and steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Juice 4 large lemons to yield about 1 cup, straining out seeds.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the strained lemon juice and 1 cup of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Strain the lavender infusion into the pitcher and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour or serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
