  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the cubed chicken in the baking dish; top with half of the ham and half of the Swiss cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and any remaining cheese on top.
