- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano (chopped)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Thaw octopus if frozen, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- Simmer octopus in salted water for about 45 minutes until fork-tender.
